We offer an hour long one-on-one Pilates sessions with an internationally certified trainer, using specialized Pilates equipment, such as the Reformer, Trapeze/Cadillac, Wunda chair, Exo chair, Spring Board, Ladder Barrel and Core Align. Each session is designed to suit your individual needs and long-term goals, keeping your limitations in mind.


We offer an hour long group Pilates Mat classes with an internationally certified trainer. Exercises are mostly performed on the mat and employ different pieces of Pilates props such as resistance bands, stability balls, magic circle etc. The main aim is to work your body against gravity, using your own body weight to create resistance.


We offer a variety of special services which include Rhythm dance classes, Pilates for Rehabilitation & Sports Injuries, Pre/Post Natal Pilates, Yin Yoga class, Yoga class and special classes for the elderly to keep them active.
